Explanation of Responses:

1. Casey C. Lynch is a trustee of the Zachary and Casey Lynch Living Trust dated February 24, 2009, and shares voting and dispositive power with one other trustee with respect to the shares held of record by the Zachary and Casey Lynch Living Trust dated February 24, 2009.

2. Casey C. Lynch is the trustee of The Casey C. Lynch 2019 Annuity Trust, and holds sole voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held of record by The Casey C. Lynch 2019 Annuity Trust.

3. The option vested as to 1/48th of the shares on July 13, 2017, and the remaining shares vested in equal monthly installments from August 13, 2017 and ended on June 13, 2021.

4. The expiration date of this option was erroneously reported as 06/0/1/2022 on the Form 3 filed on May 8, 2019.
