1. On February 12, 2023, the reporting person was awarded 8,860 shares of restricted Common Stock under the 2013 Ready Capital Corporation Equity Incentive Plan. The shares will vest in equal installments of one-quarter on March 31, 2023, June 30, 2023, September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2023.
