Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units ("RSUs") converted into FSRD common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. On February 4, 2022, the Reporting Person received 33,709 RSUs as merger consideration pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of July 18, 2021, as amended, by and among the Issuer, formerly known as ECP Environmental Growth Opportunities Corp., a Delaware corporation ("ENNV"), ENNV Merger Sub Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of ENNV, and Fast Radius Operations, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Of such 33,709 RSUs, 12,608 remain unvested and vest quarterly through May of 2025, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service.

SEC Form 4: Mccusker Patrick converted options into 2,966 shares, increasing direct ownership by 0.14% to 2,170,748 units
