Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person was granted restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which represent a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock for each RSU. The reported transaction involved the Reporting Person's receipt of 2,717 of the RSUs vested on July 13, 2022. Additional RSUs will vest monthly in equal parts over a period of three years provided that the Reporting Person remains in continuous service on each vesting date. The Reporting Person previously reported the award of the RSUs in Table II of Form 4. The total reported in Column 5 includes 48,913 RSUs previously reported in Table II, of which 2,717 have vested and issued to the Reporting Person.
