Explanation of Responses:

1. On November 22, 2022, Fortress Value Acquisition Corp. IV (the "Company") held a special meeting of stockholders (the "Special Meeting"), as described in the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on November 22, 2022. At the Special Meeting, stockholders of the Company approved amendments to the Company's amended and restated certificate of incorporation (the "Charter Amendment Proposal") and the Investment Management Trust Agreement, dated March 15, 2021, by and between the Company and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, as trustee (the "Trust Amendment Proposal"). Following the approval of the Charter Amendment Proposal and the Trust Amendment Proposal, in connection with the liquidation contemplated by the Investment Management Trust Agreement, the Company redeemed 25,000 shares of Class A Common Stock of the Company held by the Reporting Person at $10.07 per share on November 30, 2022.
