1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $6.19 to $6.25, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to Angel Oak Mortgage, Inc., any security holder of Angel Oak Mortgage, Inc., or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnote (1) of this form.

2. Includes 6,015 shares of unvested restricted stock that vest on May 18, 2023, subject to the reporting person's continued service to the Issuer through the applicable vesting date; 16,000 shares held in the reporting person's individual retirement account (inclusive of the current purchase); and 4,211 shares held as tenant-in-common with the reporting person's spouse.
