Explanation of Responses:

1. Reported late due to administrative error.

2. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Loop Industries, Inc. ("the Company") common stock. RSUs vest in 20% increments on the second and third anniversaries of the grant date, being January 14, 2021, and in 30% increments on the fourth and fifth anniversaries of the grant date, with full vesting to occur upon January 14, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to be employed by the Company through such date.
