Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects award of restricted stock under the Provident 2013 Equity Incentive Plan, 50% of which vest on August 12, 2024 and August 12, 2026, respectively.

2. The ownership of 26,928 shares includes the 3,350 shares described in Note 1; the 6,750 shares of restricted stock under the Provident 2013 Equity Incentive Plan which vest on May 30, 2023; and the 2,714 shares in Mr. Ritter's Employee Stock Ownership Plan account.
