Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 30, 2021, POINT BIOPHARMA GLOBAL INC. (f/k/a Therapeutics Acquisition Corp., the "Issuer") consummated a business combination (the "Business Combination") pursuant to which RACA, Bodhi Merger Sub, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer merged with and into POINT Biopharma Inc., ("Old POINT"). At the effective time of the Business Combination, each share of Old POINT outstanding as of immediately prior to the effective time was exchanged for shares of Common Stock of the Issuer based on an implied Old POINT vested equity value of $585,000,000. As a result, the Reporting Person received the reported shares of the Issuer's Common Stock in consideration for the equity securities of Old POINT held by the Reporting Person prior to the Business Combination.

3. Silber Holdings, Inc is a corporation controlled by Reporting Person.

4. Anglian Holdings, LLC is a limited liability company solely owned by the Reporting Person.

5. At the effective time of the Business Combination, each option to acquire shares of Old POINT was exchanged for an option to acquire shares of Common Stock of the Issuer based on an implied Old POINT vested equity value of $585,000,000. As a result, the Reporting Person received the reported options to acquire the Issuer's Common Stock in consideration for the options to acquire equity securities of Old POINT held by the Reporting Person prior to the Business Combination.

6. The option vested 25% on March 18, 2021 with the remaining 75% vesting in three equal annual installments thereafter.
