Runway Growth Holdings LLC may be deemed to be beneficially owned by Mr. Spreng by virtue of his ownership interest in Runway Growth Capital LLC and his position of Chief Executive Officer thereof. Mr. Spreng disclaims any beneficial ownership of these securities.
