1. (1) These Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) accrued as dividend equivalents on previously awarded RSUs vested on August 24, 2022

2. (2) 338.89 Restricted Stock Units vested on August 24, 2022 and were converted into 338 whole shares of Atrion Corporation common stock on a one-for-one basis on August 25, 2022.

3. (3) Represents shares of common stock that were withheld by Atrion Corporation to satisfy applicable withholding taxes in connection with the vesting of the Restricted Stock Units.
