Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted Stock awarded to Reporting Person on 04/01/2021 - 25% of the shares shall vest each quarter, beginning on the first day of the calendar quarter immediately following the vesting commencement date, for four (4) consecutive calendar quarters, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service as a director of the Issuer through each such vesting date.

2. The Leeds 2020 RealPage Annuity Trust is a grantor retained annuity trust. Reporting Person is the sole beneficiary and these securities are held in trust for his benefit. Reporting Person claims indirect beneficial ownership of these shares. The Reporting Person's spouse is the trustee of the trust.
