Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects shares withheld to cover the payment of taxes upon the vesting of restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on September 15, 2019.

2. On August 30, 2023, a 1-for-20 reverse stock split of the Issuer's common stock was implemented, resulting in the reporting person's ownership of 8,888 shares of the Issuer's common stock on a post-split basis.
