2. The grant of these options was effective 12/16/2021 (the "Grant Date"), the date Company's stockholders approved the Company's 2021 Incentive Award Plan. The award was granted pursuant to the Company's 2021 Incentive Award Plan. One half of the award will be fully vested on Grant Date and the remaining half will vest on the one year anniversary of the Grant Date.
