Explanation of Responses:

1. Each Restricted Stock Unit (the "RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock.

2. The RSUs will vest with respect to 25% of the underlying shares on April 5, 2022, and the remaining will vest in 36 substantially equal monthly installmentsthereafter, subject to continued employment through each applicable vesting date. The RSUs have no expiration date.
