Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 12, 2021, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Future FinTech Group, Inc. (the "Company") granted 20,000 shares of common stock of the Company to Mr. Ming Yi, pursuant to the Company's 2020 Omnibus Equity Plan ("Plan").

2. On July 12, 2022, the Compensation Committee of the Board of the Company granted 100,000 shares of common stock of the Company to Mr. Ming Yi, pursuant to the Plan.
