(b) Director Departure
On August 28, 2024, Mr. Matthew Barger notified iLearningEngines, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign from the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) and all committees thereof. On August 29, 2024, Mr. Barger confirmed his resignation by email and the resignation was effective as of such date.
