For the exclusive benefit of its Peruvian branch Southern Peru Copper Corporation, Sucursal del Perú

U.S.$1,250,000,000 5.350% Notes due 2036

Southern Copper Corporation (including and acting exclusively for the benefit of its Peruvian branch Southern Peru Copper Corporation, Sucursal del Perú, the “Issuer”) is offering U.S.$1,250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.350% notes due 2036 (the “notes”). The notes will bear interest at a rate of 5.350% per year. The Issuer will pay interest on the notes semi-annually in arrears on June 24 and December 24 of each year, beginning on December 24, 2026. The notes will mature on June 24, 2036.

The notes will constitute the Issuer’s general unsecured obligations and the notes will rank pari passu with each other and will rank pari passu in right of payment with all of the Issuer’s other existing and future unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness. The notes will not be guaranteed by any of the Issuer’s subsidiaries and as a result will be structurally subordinated to all existing and future indebtedness and other obligations of the Issuer’s subsidiaries, including trade payables.

The Issuer will have the right at its option to redeem the outstanding notes in whole at any time or in part from time to time prior to March 24, 2036 (three months prior to the maturity date of the notes) (the “Par Call Date”) at a redemption price equal to the greater of par and a “make-whole” amount described herein, plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date on the principal amount of the notes being redeemed on such redemption date and additional amounts thereon, if any. The Issuer will have the right at its option to redeem the notes, in whole at any time or in part from time to time on and after the Par Call Date at par plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date on the principal amount of the notes being redeemed on such redemption date and additional amounts thereon, if any. In addition, if holders of at least 85% in aggregate principal amount of the outstanding notes validly tender and do not withdraw their notes in a tender offer or other offer to purchase, the Issuer may redeem all remaining outstanding notes at the same price paid to tendering holders, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any. The underwriters expect to deliver the notes to purchasers in book-entry form only through the facilities of The Depository Trust Company for the accounts of its direct and indirect participants, including Clearstream Banking, société anonyme and Euroclear Bank S.A/N.V., on or about June 24, 2026.
