Item 8.01 – Other Events

On August 18, 2021, Bank of Commerce Holdings (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock, payable on September 29, 2021 to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2021.

The press release issued by the Company announcing the cash dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
