Redemption of Shares
As previously disclosed on Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Liberty Resources Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) on February 21, 2024, at the Special Meeting held on February 12, 2024, holders of 3,037,062 shares of Class A Common Stock of the Company (the “Redeeming Shareholders”) exercised the right to redeem such shares. On March 1, 2024, the Company made cash payments to the Redeeming Shareholders totaling $34,024,339.37, representing approximately $11.20 per share. Following such payments to the Redeeming Shareholders, the Company’s trust account had a balance of approximately $8,616,518.81.
