1. On September 20, 2021, the reporting person contributed 62,078 shares of Five Below common stock to the Amy L. Anderson 2021 Irrevocable Trust, of which the reporting person's spouse is trustee. The beneficiaries of the trust are the reporting person's spouse and children.
