Remarks:

On September 22, 2021, Macquarie Infrastructure Holdings, LLC ("MIH LLC") became the successor of Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation ("MIC Corp") pursuant to a reorganization merger. The merger resulted in MIH LLC becoming a parent holding company of MIC Corp, but did not alter the proportionate interests of security holders. Pursuant to the merger agreement, each outstanding share of the MIC Corp common stock, par value $0.001 per share issued and outstanding immediately prior to the merger was converted into MIH LLC common units, on a one for one basis without an exchange of certificates. The Reporting Person's holdings prior to this report contained a mathematical error that over counted the number of shares held by 50 shares. The correct holdings are reflected in this report.
