Explanation of Responses:

1. On December 15, 2021 and December 17, 2021, the reporting person transferred 29,400 shares and 2,304 shares, respectively, of CWST Class A Common Stock to a irrevocable trusts established for the benefit of the reporting person's children. An independent trustee is trustee of the trusts.
