Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr. Prado beneficially owns: (i) 59,194 shares of common stock, $0.01 per value per share ("common stock"), of Evertec, Inc., as previously reported in his Section 16 filings, and (ii) 3,186 Brazilian Depository Receipts ("BDR"), which inadvertently were not previously reported in his Form 3 report filed on February 28, 2025, for an aggregate beneficial ownership amount of 62,380 shares of common stock of Evertec, Inc. Mr. Prado received the 3,186 BDRs on November 3, 2023, pursuant to the Merger Agreement and Other Covenants, dated as of July 20, 2023, among Evertec Brasil Informatica S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Evertec, Inc., Sinqia S.A., a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil ("Sinqia"), and certain other key shareholders of Sinqia. This Form 5 also reports Mr. Prado's beneficial ownership of common stock of Evertec, Inc. and BDRs as of the date hereof. Each BDR represents one share of common stock of Evertec, Inc.
