Explanation of Responses:

1. The amount of securities beneficially owned includes 83.5099 aggregate shares of common stock acquired in 2025 through the automatic reinvestment of dividends, which are exempt from the reporting requirements of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

2. These shares, previously held directly by the reporting party, were transferred to a revocable trust of which the reporting party is co-trustee and a beneficiary.
