Explanation of Responses:

1. This amount includes 182.707 shares acquired jointly with Mr. DeNaples' spouse on 9/15/2022 under the Issuer's Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchased Plan. Therefore, Mr. DeNaples owns 6,183.4670 shares individually and 83,588.664 shares jointly with his spouse.

2. Shares held by a business in which Mr. DeNaples is a 33.33% owner with his brother, Louis A. DeNaples.
