1. The amount of securities beneficially owned includes 373.040000 aggregate shares of common stock acquired in 2021 and prior years through the automatic reinvestment of dividends, which are exempt from the reporting requirements of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

2. The amount of securities beneficially owned includes 155.689361 aggregate shares of common stock acquired in 2021 through the automatic reinvestment of dividends under the ACNB Corporation Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan, which are exempt from the reporting requirements of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
