1. The amount of securities beneficially owned includes 235.2143 aggregate shares of common stock acquired in 2022 through the automatic reinvestment of dividends, which are exempt from the reporting requirements of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

2. The amount of securities beneficially owned includes 105.9187 aggregate shares of common stock acquired in 2022 through the automatic reinvestment of dividends under the ACNB Corporation Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan, which are exempt from the reporting requirements of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
