Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares were sold by Gumrukcu Health, LLC, of which the Reporting Person is a minority managing member. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

2. These shares were issued to Weird Science LLC as merger consideration in exchange for common stock of Enochian BioPharma, Inc. (the "Target"), which the Issuer acquired by merger on February 16, 2018 pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger dated January 12, 2018 by and among the Issuer, the Issuer's Merger Sub, the Target and Weird Science LLC (the "Merger Agreement").

3. The Reporting Person is a manager of Weird Science LLC.

4. This Form 5 amends the Form 3 filed by the Reporting Person on September 14, 2018 to include the 200,000 shares held by Gumrukcu Health, LLC as of February 16, 2018, the closing date under the Merger Agreement.
