1. On April 26, 2021, the reporting person transferred 864 shares to the Julie A. Heinmiller 2021 Family Irrevocable Trust of which the reporting person is a Trustee. The reporting person and members of his immediate family are the sole beneficiaries of the Trust.

SEC Form 5: Heinmiller John C gifted 864 shares, decreasing direct ownership by 36% to 1,550 units
