1. Gifted shares to Reporting Person's Revocable Trust

2. After giving effect to the transaction reported on this Form 5 and the previous Form 5 filed on February 10, 2023 for this Reporting Person, the Reporting Person directly owns 201,540 shares of Class A Common Stock issued as Restricted Stock at the end of the issuer's fiscal year. Reporting Person also owns 2,225.045132 shares of Class A Common Stock held in a 401(k) unitized stock fund.

3. After giving effect to the transaction reported on this Form 5 and the previous Form 5 filed on February 10, 2023 for this Reporting Person, at the end of the issuer's fiscal year, there are 226,983 shares of Class A Common Stock held in a revocable trust for which the Reporting Person serves as co-trustee.
