(“Bradesco”), as an indirect quotaholder of Elo Participações Ltda., owner of Alelo Instituição de Pagamento S.A., with regard to the news published in the press under the headline “iFood is in advanced negotiations to purchase Alelo for R$ 5 billion, according to sources,” informs its shareholders and the overall market that it continuously evaluates business opportunities through acquisitions or disposals of equity interests.
Additionally, Bradesco clarifies that it has not received any formal proposal or signed document regarding a possible transaction involving Alelo or its shareholders.
