On December 1, 2025, Belite Bio, Inc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has commenced an underwritten offering of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing one of its ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, pursuant to the Company’s automatic shelf registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-284521), which became effective automatically on January 27, 2025, as supplemented by a preliminary prospectus supplement dated December 1, 2025.

The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
