On November 11, 2021, the Registrant filed with the Israeli Securities Authority a report on a change in the number of outstanding options and RSUs of the Company following a receipt of the Israeli TASE's approval for the registration for trade of 80,000 options which were granted to non-office holders employees. The outstanding options and RSUs of the Company as of the report date are 15,248,654 and 599,680, respectively.
