Classificação: Pública Rating S&P Rio de Janeiro, August 28, 2025 – Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A – Eletrobras announces that the credit rating agency S&P has published its global rating report for the Company today, maintaining the rating at BB with a stable outlook. The rating reaffirmation reflects Eletrobras' progress in operational efficiency, reduction of contingencies, simplification of its organizational structure, and the approval of the Settlement Agreement with the Government.
