On February 25, 2026, Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report of Foreign Issuer on Form 6-K (this “Report”).
The Company is also making available a Company slide presentation, which is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Report.
On the same day, the Company issued a press release announcing it intends to change its name to Pelagos Insurance Capital Limited , which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3 to this Report.
