Genius Group is providing an update on its legal case related to alleged market manipulation of the Company’s shares. The Company’s litigation team handling the legal case, led by Wes Christian of Christian Smith & Jewell has notified the Company of the following material facts related to the case:

Genius Group will provide its next update with related to the case after the litigation team has filed the lawsuit.
