NOTICE TO THE MARKET
LINX S.A. (the “Company”), leading provider of retail management software in Brazil, announces to its shareholders and the market that it has released its Annual Sustainability Report for the year ended December 31, 2020.
The Sustainability Report was prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The purpose of the Company is to demonstrate how its business is geared towards transforming retail and presents in a broad and detailed way the strategy and actions taken by Linx in the economic, environmental, social and governance dimensions (EESG) throughout the year 2020.
The 2020 Annual Sustainability Report is available on the Company's Investor Relations website (ri.linx.com.br).
