On December 23, 2025, Mint Incorporation Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (the “Company”), established a new subsidiary, Spark Interiors Limited, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong, through its wholly owned intermediate holding company, CKL Holding Limited. Spark Interiors Limited will engage in the provision of interior design and fit-out services. The establishment of Spark Interiors Limited is intended to support the development of a new brand under the Company’s existing business, with a focus on residential customers. The registered office of Spark Interiors Limited is located at 17/F, Wing Kwok Centre, No.182 Woosung Street, Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
