Results of 2026 Special General Meeting

At the special general meeting of the shareholders of NICE held on June 9, 2026, the shareholders of the Company approved all of the proposals brought before the shareholders for a vote, as described in the proxy statement of the Company furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission with a Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K on April 23, 2026 and as further described in the Company’s Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 18, 2026.
