On November 14, 2025, Polestar Automotive Holding UK PLC issued a press release announcing its plan to implement a ratio change of its Class A, Class B, Class C-1 and Class C-2 American Depositary Shares to the respective Class A, Class B, Class C-1 and Class C-2 ordinary shares. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
