Resignation of Director

On October 8, 2024, Mr. Ruben Minski resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Procaps Group, S.A., a public limited liability company (société anonyme) governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (the “Company”), effective immediately. The Board is considering and evaluating a successor to Mr. Ruben Minski.
