Resignation of Mr. Wing-Ho Ngan

Mr. Wing-Ho Ngan, a director of Real Messenger Corporation (the “Company”), has resigned from the board of directors of the Company, effective January 28, 2026. His resignation was not a result of any disagreements with the Company or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company or any of its subsidiaries and affiliates.
