On October 23, 2025, SEALSQ Corp (the “Company”) received a written notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) indicating that the Company’s application to transfer its listing venue from The Nasdaq Capital Market to The Nasdaq Global Select Market for its ordinary shares had been approved. The Company’s ordinary shares will commence trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market at the opening of business on October 27, 2025. The Company’s ordinary shares will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “LAES” following the transfer.
