Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.
Effective January 5, 2026, Sequans Communications S.A. (the “Company”) announced that Mr. Danny Kedar, Executive Vice President of Operations, has left the Company to pursue other business opportunities. His responsibilities have been assumed by Mr. Bertrand Debray, Chief of Staff and acting Executive Vice President of Engineering.
