SGOCO Group, Ltd. (Nasdaq: SGOC) ("SGOCO" or the "Company"), today announced to hold the Annual Shareholders Meeting on November 10, 2021.

The Company's Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on November 10, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. local time. The meeting will take place at the Company's Hong Kong office, at 21/F, 8 Fui Yiu Kok Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. The matters to be voted on at the meeting are set forth in the Company's Form 6-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 8, 2021. Shareholders of record on October 8, 2021 will be eligible to vote at this meeting.
