Melco International Development Limited, a company whose shares are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the largest shareholder of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited, issued an announcement entitled “Continuing Connected Transactions,” dated September 16, 2025, a copy of which is appended to this Form 6-K, in relation to a transaction entered into by a subsidiary of Studio City International Holdings Limited.
