Resignation of Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer

On February 23, 2026, Mr. Ken Lau notified the board of directors (the “Board”) of SuperX AI Technology Limited (the “Company”) of his resignation as executive director and Chief Strategy Officer of the Company, effective March 23, 2026. Mr. Lau’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Board or management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, and was made for personal reasons. Following Mr. Lau’s resignation, he will no longer serve as a member of the Board or hold any executive position with the Company.
