 EXPLANATORY NOTE

On December 23, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing that it had been awarded an order for 9 million Trinscreen HIV tests, signalling renewed strength in the global HIV testing market. It also announced its financial results for the fiscal quarters ended June 30, 2025 and September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1
