Issuance of Press Release

On April 9, 2026, Turbo Energy, S.A. (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) granting the Company U.S. Patent No. 12,503,000 B2, protecting its advanced optimization procedure and system designed to optimize electric vehicle (“EV”) charging in residential solar energy installations with battery storage. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
